CALENDAR

The Board issued a request for proposals for a new community management company. We received and evaluated four proposals and we've invited two of the bidders, Barkan Management and National Realty Partners (NRP) to present their proposals and answer questions from the Board. Barkan will present on Monday, October13 and NRP will present on Tuesday, October 14. Both meetings will start at 7:30 PM and is open to all members.   The Zoom link for both meetings is the same as our monthly board meetings:
