ACC November Meeting

Special Board Meeting

Due to technical difficulties, the Special Board Meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2026, has been rescheduled to Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held via Zoom.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a homeowner covenant violation matter. Pursuant to § 55.1-1816(C) of the Virginia Property Owners' Association Act (https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/55.1-1816/), the meeting will be conducted in executive session.
