ACC Meeting
Wednesday, September 7th, 2022, 7pm to 8pm at Remote
1. The ACC meeting will hold a remote meeting on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
2. The meeting time will be from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
3. The deadline for application submission is Friday, September 2, 2022.

Community Yard Sale

FMEHA Community Yard Sale

Time: 8am-1pm
FMEHA members! Join in the Annual Community Yard Sale on September 17 from 8 am-1 pm. FMEHA will advertise the yard sale in local news and social sites and we will post signs at the entrances to the neighborhood.
If you want to sell items at your residence in the yard sale:
1. Go to signupgenius and register your address so we know the homeowners who are participating. Sign-up deadline is Sept 2 at noon. We will post a running list of individual residences (address only) on the website and Facebook so buyers can find you.
2. Begin gathering and pricing your goodies. For recommendations on how to price your items, check out this good read!
3. Homeowners are encouraged to post signs in their yard, at the end of pipestem (if applicable) and at the end of their street a day before the event. FMEHA will post community yard sale signs at the entrances to the neighborhood.
4. Be ready to buy or sell at 8 am. Please note many people begin trolling early!
